Day 11 - 142.2 lbs

I'm actually getting pissed by this scale.. I better be in the 130s by Saturday for my weight in or else I'm going to flip. For this week i worked more then ever.. literally I did 2 hours on Monday and 2 hours on Tuesday.. I ran, I did weights, I did stretches, I did a but kick cardio, I did steps fml... ad to top it off I've had no crappy foods.. Its mid week, and if I don't see that scale change more, I'm going to break down..

Sorry - Ohh I have a huge presentation due tomorrow in which I need to start so I'm going to try and get at least 1 hour in at the gym today <3
