February Favorites!!

So how excited are you that it is March?? I don't know about you but, I absolutely love SUMMER, and it being March brings me one step closer to SUMMER.. Oh How Lovely. 

*Side Note*In two weeks I'll be visiting my hometown, Trinidad, in the Caribbean Islands so I am also super excited for that too. So I'll be gone from March15-28th. I will miss youtube and blogging for the two week I'm gone, but I will vlog a lot :)Or try at least.

Ok so let's get started with my February Favs; I've decided to divide my fav videos into three categories. 


    I find February for me was filled with a lot of fresh fruits and green smoothies.I'm pretty sure its the only reason why I barely get sick. I started adding a little bit of AllBran to my fruit salad, and let me tell you, it is ever so           life changing!! Most of my green smoothies consist of Spinach, banana and any other fruit I desired at time. I also liked to add stevia, for some added natural sweetness. I use to make my smoothies all the time with almond milk, but I've recently switched to just water. I still love the almond milk taste, but I like to get that extra water in as well.

Another fav of mine for february, is my new bottle that I purchased at

It's AMAZING. I am a huge fan of blogilates and everything she does. So of course I bought this bottle as soon as I saw it. Not only is a beautiful pink bottle but it is very durable. And I just absolutely love it. The quote is very motivational too.

 I had two main fitness favs this month. 

Ankle Weights: Walmart $11.97
I Love this item because, you can pretty much wear it while your doing anything and get an extra burn in. It's so effortless. At first it feels a tad weird but once you get use to it, it just feels like your wearing some boots. I think it great. I wear it while cleaning at home.

Slimmer Band: Walmart $7.63
This thing I find for the price is so worth it. My core days are Wednesdays, and so I try and wear it for my workout then. I sweat way more in the core/ab region.

Bombshell Mascara: Any pharmacy or beauty stores. Walmart $9.97
So far I would have to say that is by far one of my fav drug store mascaras. It does what it says it does. I loved it and wore it everyday in Feb.

Loreal Eyeliner: Any beauty stores
I've recently been putting eyeliner on my top lids, and I really do like the look. It took me about 25 years to learn how to but I manage. This liner makes it so effortless to do for me.

Eos Balms: Any stores
So my lips get chappy during the winter and transitions of the seasons. These Eos balms are so cute and works so well. It doesn't give me addictive feeling that blistic does and it just spells wonderful.

Stats Sunday!

Ok.... So here's the truth, nothing but the truth.

I had every intention in making a stats Sunday video. I weighed myself and was surprise by the number. 

I weighed in at 151.4 lbs today, which is great because the last time I checked myself I was around 154. 

Now I was going to upload this video stating how much I wighed. However I felt like I needed to tell you guys the truth.... 

So here it is... I ate like POOP last week. Well, mainly on FRIDAY. I had chocolate, and chocolate and more chocolate. 

And I'm not talking the healthy dark chocolate here, I'm talking the lovely milk chocolate that you get in those heart shape boxes chocolate.


So I made a video on how I deal with self control, now I'm not going to repeat myself on my blog and say my 6 tips I use... because that would pointless, since you can just go check the video out.

However, I am going to say that one of my tips is to Forgive myself.

This is how I know that I have honestly and truly changed. I feel like I have reached a milestone in my journey.

Before, I would not be able to let something like this go... I would have starve or go crazy exercising until I felt like I was punished. Yes.. I had an eating disorder. I don't think that is such a shock to you guys who has known me for awhile. 

But for those that are new reading this... This is my journey of overcoming my obstacles and becoming healthy. 

Forgiveness?? Do I forgive myself? ABSOLUTELY... why? Because I can honestly say now,  I love myself and it's okie for me to slip up sometimes. 
This is the beginning of my life long journey. I have no intentions of turning back... I just want to look forward.

So yes, I am human... I ate some chocolates but I am in still on my path to health, and I plan on staying on this path forever !!!!!!

Fitness Friday!

I find like this week, I had a lot of weak moments. I was craving sugar. It's been a couple months into my whole lifestyle change and every time this happens to me. A week before my monthly visit. 

Its so frustrating. But I'm pushing forth. Mind I have had a few cookies this week. I don't seem as guilty as I normally would. It could be because I know I am eating as healthy as I can and because I work out my hard each day. 

But honestly, I think its because I am finally HAPPY!!!! I love my lifestyle change and I know that I will never ever go back to what I came from. So if I wanted a cookie, I said to hell with it. 
I knew that I had change when I had one cookie and said, "okie thats enough."
Now the old me would of eaten 10 cookies and then tried to purge or work out excessly. I try and remind myself each and every day how far I have come. 
Now, I know I have gained back a lot of weight. And honestly Its hard to look at my body in my mirror. But I have to remain sane. I know that what I am doing will benefit me not only internally but externally and this I will be patient. So I may seem upset sometimes about the scale, I promise myself that I will never be the old me. 
I will be happy, because I deserve to be happy! 

I posted a video today, about Valentines day and my fitness routine. I'm really trying to record my whole fitness journey on youtube. And currently since I'm only a photography, I have the time to focus on me and my journey. I hope you guys check it, and once again, if your reading this! You deserve to be happy too. I have faith in you.

The healthy Start

 Motivation Mondays!! 

Technically it's Tuesday, but I just recently discovered that I still have a blog and although I'm basically talking to myself I find it very encouraging to me !! So I've decided I'm going to make videos every other day or well 4 times a week.

It keeps me motivated and I love to make them. 
Motivational Mondays- this will be anything that I have on my mind to motivate me. Weather it's a haul or just some encouraging words or tricks that I use. 
What I eat Wednesday - basically every Wednesday I'm going to share one of my healthy recipes that I live to eat. This encourages to strive and be a better healthier me! 
Fitness Fridays- I like to work out 5-6 times a week for about half an hour to am hour. So each Friday I'd like to share my workout or tips for my workouts :)
Stats Sunday- although I want to focus less on the scale, I still want to see my progress. So I'll be sharing my stats and thoughts :) 

This Monday I shared a video on how I got rid of my cellulite. Mine you I've gained a lot of weight back so I do have a way to go but be sure to check it out :) 


The Beginning

I can not believe that it has been a year since I've written on here!!

Well we've heard it all before but this time I truly and honestly mean it. I'm BACK!!!!!

How do I know I mean it? Because this time I want to be healthy for me not for a new boyfriend, not for my husband, and not for my mom. Just for me.

I've been on an unhealthy path for way to long!! Gaining and losing and gaining well I'm almost back to my highest weight and No MORE!!

I've started back on my youtube channel and I'm going to continue. I know I don't have a lot of views and not a lot of people may even read this but you know what! I don't really care. I'm not doing this for other people, I'm doing this for me!!!

Day One : Military STYLE

Hello hello;
      So I've decided to try this military diet everyone's trying out. I've been eating pretty clean for a while now, and working out 5/6 times a weeks. This might just be the kick start I need to go through this plateau. I'm currently 146.0. (2) pounds of that is just added water weight from my monthly visit. It seems I always gain 2 pounds for my you know and then lose it at the end. At first this really got to me. But I've finally come to terms with it. It's just how my body operates.

Okie so its the end of the and I feel pretty good. Im so impressed with how I like all the foods and how filling they were. I have pictures on m instagram (fairyana)

Todays Meal consist off;

DAY 1:
Breakfast—1/2 Grapefruit, 1 Slice of Toast, 2 Tablespoons of Peanut Butter, and Coffee or Tea I drank tea.(My picture on the right)
Lunch—1/2 Cup of Tuna, 1 Slice of Toast, and Coffee or Tea (any brew, as long as it’s caffeinated) I drank tea
Dinner—3 ounces of any type of meat, 1 Cup of Green Beans, 1/2 Banana, 1 Small Apple, and 1 Cup of Vanilla Ice Cream (YUM)!!!

Workout; I workout for a total of 40 minutes today. (20) Cardio - Elliptical (15)Full Body Circuit and (5)Yoga

I'm back

Wow! I honestly don't know where to begin. I've been contemplating starting this blog back up or to just leave it be. Truth is this blog inspired me. It inspired me to be a better person, a better me. My last post was more then a year ago and honestly not much has changed. I'm still in love with the man of my dream. We're actually planning our wedding. It's busy hectic and crazy. I've graduated school and working as a Nursery School teacher. It's my dream job. All in all you would say my life is pretty good... However it does seem that one small part well BIG part of me will always be conscious about my weight.

I've wanted to lose weight for soo long and yes I was successful. But as any body who doesn't stick to their lifestyle you gain it back.. I gained!! Plus more.

Honestly until you realize why you want to lose weight, what your true motives are for losing the weight. You will never be successful.

Well I've lost 5 pound in the month and I'm happy with that ... I've been working out 5 times a week and eating clean.. I know so boring right :p but I honestly love it. I love waking up and feeling full of energy ... And sometimes sore.

So my main reason for starting this blog is for me to stay accounted for my actions.. For my lazy days, for my screw because face it I'm human.. So I'm back!! I'm not sure if ill be making vids anytime soon.. But I'll def be blogging as much as I can.

Well. That's my introduction back. I'll be posting later on about my stats and ect.
So much has change, including my age :P .. Its been too long
Tomorrow I'm going to do a trail to this Military diet everyone is talking about.. I miss you guys

Day Whatever....

Hello or shall I say good morning,

It is currently 6am, and I am eating a beautiful bowl of oatmeal. It really amazes me how ones start to their day can change the entire outcome of the end of the day.

Today I woke up and did my Jillian yoga, it was amazing. As I was in the plank position with sweat dropping to my side, I concluded that, it is my and only my fault that I have gained so much weight back. (In which I clearly blamed being in school)

I kept telling my self, I'll work out tomorrow or the next and never did it. you know what I say.. EFF the day number.. for those of you that have been reading this from the beginning you'll know that I'm a huge number person. I weigh myself everyday, I count the number of days its been since I started.. I label everything with a number.. NOOOOO MORE..

Now, this may work for some people but I am 22 years old right now and I have been trying to lose weight since I was 11 or even less and well it does not work.. SO I'm going to do a weekly stat update for motivation and no day to day crap...

Hi... So its been a long time since I have updated my youtube slash blog. No I did die... nor did I drop off the world.. In fact I have excuses... I have been in my last year of school which I am finally finished.. And well thats it, so I suppose their was an excuse.

Anyways.. Lets get down to it... I will be updating my youtube account with more videos and deletion of the stupid vids.. also for all that wants to know Ive gained a good 20lbs.. not happy but Im content..

Wooo!! Another lost.. Running does work .. my legs are a hunk a hunk burning FIRE!!!
It's Saturday, and well I need a new life.. not to talkie today just woke up really.

TIP - Working should be fun, not something you hate.. keep that in mine ..
