Day One : Military STYLE

Hello hello;
      So I've decided to try this military diet everyone's trying out. I've been eating pretty clean for a while now, and working out 5/6 times a weeks. This might just be the kick start I need to go through this plateau. I'm currently 146.0. (2) pounds of that is just added water weight from my monthly visit. It seems I always gain 2 pounds for my you know and then lose it at the end. At first this really got to me. But I've finally come to terms with it. It's just how my body operates.

Okie so its the end of the and I feel pretty good. Im so impressed with how I like all the foods and how filling they were. I have pictures on m instagram (fairyana)

Todays Meal consist off;

DAY 1:
Breakfast—1/2 Grapefruit, 1 Slice of Toast, 2 Tablespoons of Peanut Butter, and Coffee or Tea I drank tea.(My picture on the right)
Lunch—1/2 Cup of Tuna, 1 Slice of Toast, and Coffee or Tea (any brew, as long as it’s caffeinated) I drank tea
Dinner—3 ounces of any type of meat, 1 Cup of Green Beans, 1/2 Banana, 1 Small Apple, and 1 Cup of Vanilla Ice Cream (YUM)!!!

Workout; I workout for a total of 40 minutes today. (20) Cardio - Elliptical (15)Full Body Circuit and (5)Yoga
