Detox - Day Two

Just finished my yoga.. I did it outside as usually.. and once again my allergies make me look like someone that has been on crack for many years.. Sniffing my noes every two seconds is so not attractive..

Anywhos ..
This is Day Two of my Detox, today's challenge to find a recipe I like .. so far I've stuck with tea and water today .. haven't decided what I want my meal drink to be .. Perhaps some more research needed in that department.. I was thinking of making this one..

handful of grapes
1 apple, cored and sliced
½ inch fresh ginger (less if you find the taste too strong)
1/2 lime
1/4 lemon
sparkling mineral water

Tip of the day : Instead of eating a heavy lunch, put together something light and easy and go for a walk. You can sip on a protein drink or snack on fruit while enjoying a nice brisk walk before heading back to the office. You will feel refreshed and more invigorated for your afternoon tasks.
